Setting up FUTA - Credit Reduction mapping TUBs Tax type 011

HR Pros - BSI TF (v9) Tubs #46 noted the Customer Action on moving forward with setting up FUTA - Credit Reduction as "Customers who want FUTA credit reduction calculations must map tax type 011 and pass it in the BSI TaxFactory interface." Has anyone done any configuration on SAP or BSI for this? If so, can you please provide the steps so I don't miss anything? Thanks.

We havenu2019t installed TUB 46 yet, but we have installed TUB 35. It established Tax Type 11 for Connecticut. We had to do the following to configure BSI and SAP properly.

In BSI, we updated the u201COptional Rates Overrideu201D for Tax Type 11 for Connecticut.

In SAP, we updated Tables BTXRATE, T5UTI, and T5UTE. The last one is a tax model table. Thereu2019s a Wiki on tax models at the following URL: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/Taxability+Model
