The workitem had reached deadline after reaching an agents inbox and in the admin services , i have extended the deadeline using Chnage deadline option. Im able to see the workitem in agents inbox using swi5 as
Work item To be processed from To be processed by Status
000046494845 28.11.2011 16:27:42 30.11.2011 23:59:59 Ready
Also im able to locate the workitem in the function module RH_LOCAL_INBOX_GEt for the user
BUt the agent is unable to see the work, though everything seems fine at backend.
Can you please help.
