My process is as follows: -
An S1 type Service Notificaiton is created with a serial number, material number and equipment number using tcode IW51.
Using the action box "Create Repair Order" in tcode IW52 a sales order is then created.
Tcode VL01N is then used to create the outbound delivery
Finally a usage decision is made using tcode QA32 where ultimately an SM03 Order type is created.
My issue is that on the objects tab of the SM03 type Service Order the Material number is populated but the Serial Number and Equipment number is not (even though via the document flow this can be viewed on the Service Notification)
