Billing block

Hi ALL,

I have an order which is invoiced but my question is --in the order an item was invoiced at 0 value. But the order get invoiced without bein on 06 block(price incomplete) before it invoiced.

i have checked the change log but nothing found.

would you kinldy suggest .

You may need to code the checks in the requirements routine in copy control in VTFL.

Hi

If the order got invoiced without billing block then check wheather billing block has been assigned to the billing document type or not.Also check whether billing block block has been assigned to the item category.

Also check in the incompletion log wheather block feild has been assigned or not. at header level or item level Incompletion log.

Did you check that the billing block is assigned to the billing type?

IMG -> SD -> Billing -> Billing documents -> Assign blocking reasons to billing types

Also check whether the billing block reason code is assigned to the item category, that needs to be automatically blocked.
