how to make changes for a dc which is existing

i have a requirement one of my clients location some developers are developing a DC and left it .

Now i have to make the changes of that DC from my location .

How to do these changes for a dc which is located in the client location from my location .

Please explain me in steps.

using vpn or citrix to connect to customer network and do the job

i dont have such connectivity also i just had the dc developed by other developer.

Please ignore teh location constraint .
