    Hi,

You will be given SAP LOGON credentials, apart from this bex login details which will be used while solving tickets. And all credentials will be different for Dev, Quality and Production.

    Regards,

    Hi,

Once you joined as Production support member, you will under go Knowledge Transfer of Production system (i.e. Regular Process chains, Ticketing tool, Procedures.) Once the KT is over then you need to start support work that means monitoring data loads and updating the tool and your team lead.

    Thanks

      Hi,

You will be having access to BW production with some monitoring access and ECC production systems as read only. Most of the time support team will not have development & quality systems access ,but it again depends on policies of the company.

      Thanks

      Riyez
