Help with a simple query.

A customer of mine wishes to run a report to show the following.

Item Code, Item Description, Item Cost, Base Price for all items in Warehouse 10

Could you provide me with the syntax required as I'm not fully sure on which Tables/Fields etc to use.

Please respond if you require further info.
