Work schedulling

Dear experts,

I am creating a production order(co01) when i have entered the quantity and current date the order is scheduling and the start date and the finish dates are showing the same and also the start time and the finish time is also same, where as i need the start time as 00:00 and finish time as 24:00 and the date as same for start date and finish date. Please tell me how to configure the settings.

Is this a business requirement or you are trying to understand how the dates are calculated during order scheduling?
