Error while doing PGI - related to WBS

Hi

When Iam doing PGI for the delivery I am getting following error -

" "Goods issue delivery" is not allowed (WBS XYZ)

To process business transaction 'Goods issue delivery', you first have to change the status of object 'WBS XYZ ' to allow the transaction 'Goods issue delivery' ('RMWL').

This gives you an overview of the system and user statuses that affect the transaction. A transaction can only be executed if there is at least one status that allows it and there is no status that forbids it.

What is the reason behind this?

How to resolve this?
