Hello,
The callcenter here uses CRM 7, but recently messages started to appear in the middle of a session. The strange thing is that CRM was working fine the last year.
In the middle of their session a "popup" appears with the message "SSO logon not possible; browser logon ticket cannot be accepted". This popup is for example, the F4 help to lookup a customer. But instead of the search screen, the message appears.
Is this a cookie that has expired, that produces this message? How can I prevent this message?
Another strange thing is, that it doesn't appear for every agent. So another option I'm thinking of is browser settings?
Can somebody push me in the right direction? 😉
