User Status - Authorisation key doesnot have any effect

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with User Status in Maintenance Notifcation

Scenarion : I have 4 user status, say like create, release, approval, complete, i have assigned each status a Authorisation key,

I have created a differrnt role & assigned B_Userstat with the relevant authorisation key & User status.

Now the issue is while changing the user status from one status to another, system still allows a user who doesnot have the combination of authorisation to set the user status.

Please suggest me
