defaulting Admins

Hi Gurus,

Need to know is there a standard SAP functionality to default the Administrators - say Time admin or Payroll admin for a personnel area.

I know Admin group can be done using PINCH, and then we can select from the drop down, but if there is only one Time and Payroll admin can i default it for the entire population?

Hi,

Yes you can do so using the user parameters.

Adminitrators are defined in the table 'T526' and using the following user groups you can default the values:-

'SGR' - Administrator group

'SAZ' - Time Administrator

We cannot default Administrators, We can only default Administrator Group through PINCH feature in IT0001.End Users have to select the Administartors manually in IT0001

There is a lot of difference between Administrator Group and Administrators
