Serial number is working on DC but not on store (IS Retail)

Hello,

I am using the serial number profile MMSL. At the time of GR at the DC the serial number tab is coming but when i am tring to make the GR in store the serial number is not coming. And at the time of trasnfer posting to the store the system is showing error"Serial number profiles differ". In the article the serial profile is same in both the sites.

Please suggest.

HI

MMSL is not a standard SAp profile so not sure how it has been configured.

Y2 is SAP standard and will request a serial number at point of goods receipt
