secondary education cess in ARE1

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in ARE1 document that the secondary education cess rate is not coming.Also the base value is not coming.The value of secondary education cess is coming in ARE1.Where as the table J_1IEXCDTL is updated the rate secondary education cess and base value in transation type with DLFC.

Kindlu guide me on this.
