Hi all,
PM maintenance orders should be created according to the plan, right now the system is asking to SAVE the plan then the order is created, orders should be automatically.
What could be the reason behind it and what need to be done so as to the orders to be generated automatically as per the Maint.Plan.?

Hi,
You need to create the plan and save in ip41,42,43 then you need to schedule it in ip30 or ip10(single plans) only then the orders will be created automatically if you have selected orders as call objects.

Pls check the below points/scenario
The Maint. Package for an operation is 2 wks.
The Plan date for 1st order is 23.10.11,plan date for 2nd Call is 06.11.11
The Technical Completion date of 2nd call is 16.11.11,and completion date of Maint.Plan is 06.11.11 .
The Completion Indicator has been set(ticked),and the Call horizon for the Maint. Plan is 90%
What would be the effect of the above scenario and What would be the call date for the Next Order ?

First Maintenance plan will be created. Then while scheduling in IP10 / IP30, order will be created.
Please rephrase your question.
Are you asking about saving after scheduling in IP10? If this is your question, then
In IP10, scheduling will be done manually. There the user have the option of saving that proposal. Its kind of simulation, where we can check outcome of that plan.
IP30 is automatic scheduling where order will be created if the required conditions are met.
