Integrated framework Connect failed

Dear all experts,

I have installed integrated framework for SBO

I have encountered the below error message:

XCE001 Nested exception: java.rmi.RemoteException: com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: JCHONG-NB; nested exception is:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

when i 'test connection' in Integrated framework

Any ideas what i am missing out here?
