currency change in Master Agreement

Hi ,

I want to change currency(header) in the already 'drafted' master agreement from USD to SAR(saudi riyals).But system shows USD in the disable mode i.e not in the not editable mode.

I want to change currecy,is there any way for this?

Can somebody throw some light on this problem?

Hi,

I have seen that when Master Agreements have Sub Agreements associated with them, the currency change on the Master Agreement (MA) header tab becomes disabled.

You may want to delete the Sub Agreement(s) on that MA and then try to change the currency on the Header tab.

Let me know if this does not work.

Hello,

One more thing to note....

When the MA is created, the currency field on the header will be editable. However, once line items are added, the currency will become ready only. In order to change the currency, you would have to delete all the line items first and save the MA. Then you will be able to change the header currency.
