"CHANGE PASWORD" option

Hello,

Im trying to reduce the options that the Application user has, and one of the privileges that i must remove is the "CHANGE PASWORD" option wich is uner Setup->System Administration->Accouns and Security-> Change Pasword.

Is it possible to remove this option from the Application USER Setup???
