CRJava 12.2.213

I am currently upgrading our runtime from 2.0.4 to 12.2.213. Could someone please tell me where I can find the release notes? When I click on the link provided to me to download the runtime, there is a link to view the release notes but it opens the release notes for 2.0.3. Thanks.
