Quantity based Overhead Calculation

Hi

i would like to know how quantity based costing sheet will work for below senario.

i need to calculate material over head :

freigh & forword and insureance paid 100000 rs for 1000 qty so each Qty 100Rs

in our product costing side : Define quantity based overhead rate we can give only 1 qy ualue 100 in amount field . it will change lot to lot .

please share me some information
