Possible to overwrite SAP Error message "Add-on %s - Uninstall failed"

If a Windows User's permission is not great enough to install an Add-on the user is given the following message: "<Add-on name> Add-on %s - Uninstall failed". Is there a way to change this error message, using the SDK, so that the user will know why the installation failed?
