Working on Windows AD

I wanted to create user logins via Windows AD. I tried it but couldn't achieve any results.

It could be helpful If any body could advice me on this.

When I Try to enavle and provide the AD Domain it shows me the following error

The Active Directory Authentication plugin failed to verify the administration credentials for the user "Admin". Please enter the user name as DomainName\UserName or UserName@DNS_DomainName, then try again

Are you able to log using client tools (DeskI, WebI rich client)?
