How to Restrict the Continuous Absences in 2001

Hi,

We have maximum eligibilty of CL is 3days . After the 3 days of quota, system accepting immediate 3 days as CL in infotype 2001. so total 6 days CL quota is continuously coming. how to restrict this for only 3days.

another case is after 3 days CL, immediately emplyee appying for SL quota also. as per client requirement we need to restrict that.

please guide me

you have to go with BADI or User exit and also have through testing regarding this issue since this is linked with Quotas in IT2006 we have similar kind of requirement

For this scenario dont go with PCR, Just go with the User Exit that's better Option as said by Mr.Sikindar

for PL quota we have time evaluation and For CL & SL Quotas without Time Evaluation.

Actually we are facing the problem, when employee directly apply for Quotas through portal.

Is there any chance to restrict through PTARQ (Leave Request) programe.

If there is any other alternatives to retrict through portal, please guide me.

Explain the concept to your ABAP consultant and he will find out the exact user Exit for your requirement and he will work out on this
