Over status of DTP request not turning green

Dear Experts,

I have a problem where my DTP request from cube to cube over all status is not turning green.strange thing is while its in yellow over all status the further update has been done to another cube.

Now I am not able to process that requests and my process chain which runs periodically is failing at index deletion as the request is still in yellow.

Kindly let me know how could I turn this manually to green.

I have tried to turn it green manually but its going to dump.

Try to check following settings on your cube:

RSA1 -> Modeling -> Right Click on your cube -> Manage -> Environment -> Automatic Request Processing ->>

Set this option ON: "Set Quality Status to OK(Confirm Quality of Data)"

Dear Martin,

Thanks for the reply The option you mentioned is ticked.

Actually we had a BGP system shut down while this process is running and some how the request in yellow has been further updated.

Can we make this further update data mart status disable or is there any way we can delete the compressed cube for that particular request.

Any more ideas.

IS BGP your source sys for this load? SO there was a shutdown of source sys while load was in progress?

If you are sure that all the data was extracted and transferred into cube than yes you can set this load as green and load the data from cube upwards.

Dear Martin,

The exact scenario is we have BW productions system and in this there is a upload from cube to cube.

A cube 1

B cube 2

C cube 3

ECC to cube 1 - sucessfull upload request green

Cube 1 to Cube 2 - 0 records over all status yellow tech status green here last update 24.11.2011 and our BW prod system was down from then the process chain DTP request is yellow.

Cube 2 to CUbe 3 updated data mart status ok and request green and cube compressed.

request you to please suggest the idea to turn the over all request status to green possible ideas.

As I cannot even delete the yellow request from Cube 2 as its further updated and the target cube Cube3 is compressed.
