Unable to add new Notes in CRM TPM

Hi All,

In CRM TPM, for an existing customer event(already created one) we are not able to add new note to it. When we open any customer event and in notes block if we click on New, we are getting error message "Function cannot be executed - object is locked". Any idea or suggestions on this of how to go ahead will be helpful

( Note : In debugging i found that a lock flag has been set for newly created events so in turn it takes to respective window to create notes. But for an existing event, lock flag is blank)
