Dear Expert,

I have requirement where when the user received task in his uwl, he should be presented with approve reject button and another button which should call webdnypro application. I'm able to show approve reject button, but how do i add the third button (view result) which should call webdynpro application? Thanks

    Hi,

    You need to add an action to the task item type configuration. So, find the XML configuration file that you are using for the task currently. Modify it with the following type of XML:

    <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.TS90000001..... ETC.

    ....

    ...

    </Action>

    <Action name="CustomForward" groupAction="" handler="SAPWebDynproABAPLauncher" referenceBundle="forwardWD" returnToDetailViewAllowed="yes" launchInNewWindow="yes" launchNewWindowFeatures="resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes,status=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no,directories=no">

    <Properties>

    <Property name="WebDynproApplication" value="zapp"/>

    <Property name="WebDynproNamespace" value="sap"/>

    <Property name="wi_id" value="${item.externaId}"/>

    </Properties>

    </Action>

    </Actions>

    </ItemType>

    In this example I have button which will launch web dynpro application zapp and give it work item ID as a parameter.

    Regards,

    Karri
