How to apply category setting of UDF and User Defined Values for all users?

I have made many User Defined Fields, category settings of UDF, and User Defined Values (Formatted search) in marketing document.

And I want to apply them for all users and all marketing documents,,,, all the same.

Is there any way to achieve it?
