Unable to see the Workbook

HI,

I am unable to find the workbook in Bex - Favorite , role.

Following thing carried out:

> Table - RSRWORKBOOK : The workbook is listed under the table with OBJVERS as "A".

> Tcode - RRMXP - Here i am unable to find the workbook

Please let me know how to the get WB in Bex.

You should be authorized to the Role the WB was saved.

I can find the WB in program - RSWB_ROLES_REORG, under unused workbooks.

But my question is know how to assign the unused workbook in new role?? i guess this could solve the problem....

Open Workbook in BEx analyser and assign to Role.

As rvc told us, open the analyzer and use search and after finding and openning workbook,under save icon, publish it to the role.However, If you are using two systems(QA and live system) you must transport the role to live system,too(apart from the workbook) to see the workbook under new role.

May be someone deleted that workbook, better check in metadata repository and call back it(recover that work book).

thanks for your sir? but if its deleted then it could not be seen in Table - RSRWORKBOOK nor in Transport window ie under cube i can find the workbook
