Internal Error in SCC(sybase control center)

Hi,

when i try to register a new device in Sybase control center (SCC),

i am getting an error "an internal Error occured,please check for log details"

what could be the problem ,can any one help me out regarding this..

    Can you change the IIS configuration file for Relay Server ?

      as i am a new learner,i am not getting what exactly you are trying to tell,

      can you assist me where can i find the IIS configuration file

      and what we have to do in that file...

    Hello Vinay,

    It means you didn't changed anything on that Config file.

    Ok now just try to generate the workflow from the Workspace then may that error solve.

    Hi Vinaykumar,

    this type of error generally appears when you try to register a new user.

    just close your SCC. start services once again.

    open the SCC again.

    It must work.
