Sybase. Failed to create server connection

I have a strange error when i deploy my project to Unwired Server.

I cofigurated Unwired Server on Enteprise Explorer, and ping was succeeded.

But when i deploed project to server the error 'Failed to create server connection' was occured.

How can i fix that?
