Issue about Integration from OM to PA (correlative note: 126869)

Hi friends:

As we know, OM&PA integration swich (PLOGI ORGA) is not working in BDC mode, so for Hire action BDC, I use RHINTE00 to

synchronize data from PA to OM, and then use RSBDCSUB for SM35 processing, it's perfect,

and then I want to do the same thing from OM to PA via RHINTE30,but the problem is coming: I can not process the BDC Session

sucessfully, Bcs there are alway error messgae ( STELL is not an input field.. etc), so and search SDN, and found a note 126869,

and then I try to import the note to our system by transaction SNOTE, but it's faild, I ask SAP about this, they tell me 126869 can not import, it's just a code example, so which means I have to change the standard code, I'm very confused with this, Do I must to apply the Object Access Key for this?

Hi Lizhong,

My reading of the note 126869 is that you need to make the source code corrections directly in the appropriate place in standard program RHINTE30 - for this you will need an access key and you will have to get the help of the expert developer in this area - care is to be taken while modifying standard reports. Follow the examples provided in the note - 3 examples are provided one of them is for field STELL.

If possible test in a sandbox first, whether it does what you want it to do.

I must also confess that I have never had to make this kind of modification myself. Have you asked SAP why the standard Program RHINTE30 is failing like that?

Thanks for reading and rearching this issue,I have killed it, according to the NOTE, I have changed the standard program(R***30),

But I did not use Access Key, I just enhance it, but I commend don't do the synchronization from OM->PA, it's really make things more complex.

Hi Li

1.) Check the integration Switch Plogi and activate, it has to be PLOGI ORGA X

Navigation Path.

SPRO - Personnel Mgmt. - Org. Mgmt. - Integration - Integration with Personnel Administration - Set up Integration with Personnel Administration

2.) Check the FEATURE PLOGI...check if you have added X to the decision tree in feature PLOGI.

3.) In PLOGI, X should be the return value and make it defaulted.

Thanks for your message firstly.

All of your point is done in our system, the switch is already active(PLOGI ORGA X) , and feature PLOGI's return value = X.

The integration is OK in frontground( PA30 PA40..), no any problem. the problem is the switch is not working in BDC mode!

after we use BDC to update some IT1001(relationship) records, the change can not syn to PA, this is why I will use RHINTE30 program. the problem is RHINTE30 is not working in background.
