Portal Access Errrors - JavaScript Errors

HI All,

We are running EP6 SP10, we have configured all permissions based on the specified documents. When we log on to the Portal and click on an Iview ( My Rooms), it throws us a Java Script error

" Error: Object Expected

URL: dplportalprd:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fevery_user!2fgeneral!2feu_role!2fcom.sap.portal.eu_ws!2fcom.uop.f.Pages.Portal!2fcom.sap.netweaver.coll.demo.MyRoom"

When we go to the Collaboration Rooms tab and try to enter a room ( clicking the Room link)

We get the same message with the error message as "Error:Object Expected

We have checked all the configurations, but have'nt found a solution. Could anyone give some suggestions?
