UD reversal

My client asking for UD reversal,

Once UD has been changed to rejected, it should raise a payment block error and complete quality score should be updated accordingly.

Is this possible in SAP, please advice..

Hi,

UD reversal can be done and it updates the quality scores as well. But, triggering a mail/pop-up for invoice block needs some development. Pl. take the help of your Technical team. Regards, KrishnaM

Dear Janardhan,

if changing UD is fine with your requirement, try QA12.

Maintain follow up action for Rejection UD,

though i am not sure but try using Function modue: /PTGWFI/VIM_CANC_PO_INV.

with help of abaper you can copy it and modify according to your logic.

If the payment is done then you can not reverse it...When payment is not done you can stop payment by using user exit in MIRO.

What remains is quality score.Quality score is always the last updated quality score.
