BOM mail adapter

Hello all,

we have an annoying problem which we cant seem to solve ,

PI fetch an email message with XML attachment, while trying to decide the receiver we get

Error while determining root tag of XML: BOM / charset detection failed Error while determining root tag of XML: BOM / charset detection failed Error while parsing an XML stream: "'" 'BOM / charset detection failed'

the receiver determination is configured as "Not Operation Specific"

the above error doesn't happen always
