User is not in visible CMC but can login in webi

Hi All,

I am using BO 4.0 with SAP authetication.

We have import roles from SAP BW. All of sudden one user name is not visible in CMC but still I am able to login in all BO application like Webi, rich client and universe desginer etc. I am able to login to SAP BW as well. we are updating the roles on dialy basis.

Please help me out to slove this. I need user should be there in CMC.
