Payment terms issue

My Client is maintaining all the customer masters(5000 customers) in common division, But for some customers(around 200) they want to maintain differnt payment terms according to the product(division wise).

If i extend the customer master, who were having different payment terms according to the div.

For the rest of the Customrs also i should extend?????? or only those who have different payment terms according to the div only i should extend??

If i extend does the pricing procedure gets affected???
