Hello Gurus,
I need a help regarding an issue with the DSO activation, when I see the 3 rows of records in the new table in dso
before activation for a particular document number and item number
after the activation I see only one row the data is getting merged up. I am unable to know where the problem exactly is
Could you please throw some light on this issue.
Hi
Check the key fields of your DSO.
Upon activation, data will store in active table based on key fields of DSO.
If your DSO key fields have doc number and item number, then this should not happen.
are you facing this daily or only first tine?

Venkatesh

Hi Harsha,
Records are merging because of Keyfields selection.
If you are making your DSO based on any Standard table then whatever field is in primary key this should be in keyfield of dso then you will not get this merging issue. Check your Keyfields again and add other fields if any.

Hi Harsha,
Looks unusual but you can check few things,
1) After activation check that new data table is empty. Sometime due to failed activation it may hold old data and then if you do one more load you might see multiple records.
2) Check the value of primary key for all the records in New table, after activation they might be getting aggregated or overwritten.
3) And finally is this happening for first time or does it happens regularly?

Durgesh.
