Dynamic variant means which changes your value of variable automatically with the help of programming.
Take for eg you are broadcasting a query with some selections for the month of oct now next month automatically you want the report to be broacasted with the same selections but the month should change dynamically.
So creation of such varinats is called dynamic variant.

You can load the data automatically as well but to save time and automate the process we use process chain.
In the similar fashion to automate the process we use dynamic variant.
Reason for the same is suppose you have more than 100 queries which has calmonth as input selection and every month it needs to be changed to display the data correctly and after that it has to be broadcased to all the top management users baaed on their functional area.
In such cases dynamic variant comes handy and you dont have to remember for which all queries you need to change the selection.
thanx for ur reply can u exlain me ste by step procedure to create the dynamic variant in the Broadcasting . I read the article posted by u but unable to get it.Plz if possible explain each step . I will assign fullupoints.
