CIF ERR "Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again" due to locked ECC objects

Hi,

We have many CIF errors "Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again." when we look at the LOG, it is due to objects looked by users on the ECC side. In our scenario, The DS planning board is used for scheduling production orders.

Our planners expect to see their scheduling they do on the Dboard reflect in ECC ASAP. The problem is that if for example one Production order is locked on ECC side (or sale order if MAKE TO ORDER) all the orders that APO try to update in ECC will be be blocked at the CIF qeue with error "Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again."

If for example you do "remove backlog" for resource on the DS board' APO will schedule all the orders on that resources and if the 5th one is blocked, all will be wiating for this order to get un-blocked.

Is there any way to improve this, except from telling the ECC users to try not to lock orders (production or sales) ??

Thank you
