Hi Marian,

I don't dare to make a test, but:

enter your append (e.g. ZAMARA) in SE11, third line (data type) and press delete, afterwards active your table again (e.g. MARA).

Tell us, if your system still works.

Save way: delete all other fields and leave only one dummy char1 field of your append.

Regards,

Christian

Hi Marian,

I think this shouldn't be possible, because it might have an impact on lots of programs.

Hi Christian,

fortunatelly the original table name start with Z* (customer development ) so the affect have so big as for standard SAP tables.

The your proposition was correct.

After deletion I had to do "Activate and adjust database".

Everythink looks OK.

Thank you

Hi Christian,

Fields of append structures should lie in the

customer namerange.

The customer namerange for fields is YY and ZZ.

But I had added fields starting with Z.The table appended was MARA.Though the table is active now the activation log shows a warning. Will this warning have an impact on transports across client and then to production.

Thanks,

Chamu
