Dear Friends,
we are in hospital domain i need information regarding liquid prescriptions syrups, injected drugs,
our issue is regarding liquid prescriptions (syrups, injected drugs,u2026) and how to calculate the boxes to dispense based on these prescriptions:
u2022 When doctor is prescribing we should control the units he can use based on the type of drug to avoid inconsistencies. For example, prescribing a syrup we should allow him to use u201Cmlu201D but he cannot use tablets. Doctor can specify for example: 20 ml/ 8 hours during 7 days.
u2022 20 ml/ 8 hours during 7 days = 420 ml. Right now in the stocks we are storing the packages using the unit of measure u201CEachu201D, so itu2019s not possible to calculate how many u2018mlu2019 are in one u2018eachu2019 unit in order to provide how many packages must be sold.
Thanks
Abhi
