Time management absence counting

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where people who are taking leave prefix and suffix to sunday then it should calculate sunday also. problem i am facing is if the person takes leave from saturday to monday then it is calculating 3 absence days and .But when he applies for leave on saturday and monday saparetly then it is calculating only 2 days.

EX:applied leave from 19.11.2011 to 21.11.2011 then 3 day absence.quota got deducted-3

but applied on 19.11.2011 and 21.11.2011 separately then 2 days absence and 2 quota getting deducted but acualy it should deduct 3 days quota.

Pls help.
