RGP

dear all,

i have following scenario please let me know how to map it in SAP CS module.

material gets defect at site for which we have to send material on RGP process base so that this new material will get replace with defective one and respective material return back in our premise on same challan or document.

please let me know the procedure. i search for the process in forum but doesn't get satisfy answer. please help me.
