error: the product keycode is not valid...INS00140

downloaded the trial version today. Trying to install on a Win7 pro workstation adn getting this damn error message:

System details:

win 7 32 bit, 4 gb ram, fully patched

office 2007 & 2010

140 gb free hd space

no previous versions of CR installed

Tried the following:

1. logged in as domain administrator

2. Logged in as local administrator

3. right click and run as administrator

4. copy and paste keycode that was sent to me

5. no antivirus running in bakcground

6. extraced to local hard drive (tried from desktop and from c: drive)

computer is on a domain. we use appv server to install and run office 2010 and office 2007 depending on which user you login as. But this program I am trying to install locally and not using appv server at all.
