Item Master Data Add Or Update Error Connection Busy

Hi Experts,

i have a strange error which i have found when updating and or adding a new item code to SAP B1

The following error appears

Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0 Connection is busy with results from another Command '' (ITM1)

while searching the forums i found the following best matched my error.

Connection is busy with results for another command 'Received Alerts' OAIB

i tried deleting AITM and AIT1

without any luck still have the error, any ideas? i am currently looking at the profiler to attempt to find a solution
