Extract Linked document related to PR or PO in R/3 4.7

Hi SAP SDN

I have a user that is asking me to extract, for a given list of Vendor (LIFNR) a list of PO with the the raelated PR where we can find that there is a Linked Document.

Our linked Document are attachment coming from SRM, stored in CV03N, and I'm having a hard time linking the PO / PR / document Number Key (SRM Attachment). I went in CV03N and under the Object links tab, I can clearly see the PO and/or PR linked to a document.

Thansk for your reply, however, I guess my thread was not clear enough.

What my user is looking for is to generate a list of PO, with the P Req associated with, and to find if there is an attachment (aka Linked document) that was attached to the Req.

We are using R/3 & SRM in classic Scenario, where users are creating shopping Cart, adding Attachcment, and once approved, this Shopping Carts becomes a Req in R/3, where the attachement is availablel, in the Req, as a Linked document (via Go TO > Linked Document).

Our users are supposes to provide a Statement of Work (SOW) in SRM, and we want to see how many PO issued are in fact based on a Req/Shopping Cart containing attachment (being the SOW)

Hi,

According to my knowledge SAP does not have a standard report which meets your requirement. You need a custom report written, joining EBAN, EKKO, or EKPO and CV03N tables.

Hi Eric,

Use ME5A when you need to find a requisition. If the requisition has been converted to a purchase order the PO number will be listed on the report. This report, used with ME2N will enable you to complete your regular maintenance of PRu2019s and POu2019s.
