Extract Linked document related to PR or PO in R/3 4.7

Hi SAP SDN

I have a user that is asking me to extract, for a given list of Vendor (LIFNR) a list of PO with the the raelated PR where we can find that there is a Linked Document.

Our linked Document are attachment coming from SRM, stored in CV03N, and I'm having a hard time linking the PO / PR / document Number Key (SRM Attachment). I went in CV03N and under the Object links tab, I can clearly see the PO and/or PR linked to a document.
