Hi Cronies,
In 2001 I have updated absence's From 24.11.2011 to 24.11.2011
In 2006 infotype I can see quota's but From Date and To Date is empty It should show from 24.11.2011 and to 24.11.2011 what would be the cause for this??
I checked all config steps still it is showing same..... In PT50 Transaction Code too Iam not able to see from and to date but i can see remaining entitlement's...
Option 1: Using ESG grouping for quota type or in QUOMO feature, u can separate these and according configur separate generation rules.
Option 2: create a sub type ofr IT19 and use the task type in in T559L -
> Selection Rule -
> Applicablity -
> Earliest accrual use the subtype. Inform to users maintain Task date in IT19.

I have created Absence Quota type PL ( Privilege Leave )

I want to take a persons working into account for determining his absence quota. Say for 24 days he gets 3 PLs.
For that I know i Have to put these condition in Generate Rules - Accrual Entitlement . But I dont understand how to configure the reduction rule for this.
2.
Also i Want the total entitlement to be give to the employee at begining of the yr and only to Regular employees how do I do that .
Please help !!

Thanks Vibin !
I am still a little confudsed.. I want that PL should be generated after the employee has become an Regular Employee ( After completing his probation)
How do I do that?
Example:
When an employee joinsthe company his Employee Subgroup is P ( Probation)and After 3 months his ESG become R ( Regular)
From that day his Absence Quota PL accumulation starts and is credited in IT 2006 on 31.12.xxxx.
Please Guide

Hi,
In 2001 I have updated absence's From 24.11.2011 to 24.11.2011
it means you have booked one absence on 24th Nov 2011,,it is fine.(2001-Absence Infotype)
In 2006 infotype I can see quota's but From Date and To Date is empty It should show from 24.11.2011 and to 24.11.2011 what would be the cause for this??
2006-Absence quotas where you can see the Leave quotas(Absence quotas) for year usually, or for a six months or three months.
for this go to PA30 and select person and 2006 infotype and radio button all and click on over view you can see the records available there.
in T.code: PT50 give the pernr and click on caledar year to see the validity.
regards,
mohammed

Absence Quotas are usually valid for more than one day. That is what the "From" and "To" dates refer to.
For example, a Vacation Quota could be valid from July 1st 2011 to June 30th 2012 (one year), and allow deductions from July 1st 2011 to June 30th 2012.
Then, if you enter a Vacation Absence for August 15, 2011, it will be deducted from that Quota.

You didnt get my question Mate..
See I have generated absence quota's 7 casual leaves ... I have given 1 absence in 2001infotype that is on 25.11.2011 till 25.11.2011 it is deducted from 7 and showed correctly in leaves in 2006 infotype but i dont see From Date and to Date i can see entitlement 6 but From Date and To Date is empty ...
In PT50 transaction code too From and to Date is empty but i can see entitlement's 6 correctly But user want's to know which date entitlement deducted but From and too date is empty Do I need to do any configuration??
Hi,
Check the node below once:-
Time Management->Time Data Recording and Administration->Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas->Calculating Absence Entitlements->Determine Validity and Deduction Periods
For your absence quota set the 'Deduction interval' in the lower box of the table as you want. Like for example, Select 'Start of Validity interval' in Deduction From and 'End of Validity Interval' in the Deduction End.
Thanks & Regards, SWapnil Mishra
