workflow for confirmations

Hi Experts,

I am working on SRM 7 with Application controlled workflow and for PO Confirmation the approval is set to Automatic Approval. In case of any returns carried out to a vendor there is a email triggered to the Vendor. The Standard Task TS10008187 is being used for notification. How do I check where to disable this notification?

I was checking Define Recipient of Notifications but there is no scenario set for Confirmation - Approve Goods Receipt or Return Delivery.
