start.exe does not start

97 Views

Hi All,

I have had this problem since yesterday. I installed the permanent license key. After that i stopped the system as i had to take a back up.

When i tried to re-start, strangely the jstart.exe would stop after "synhronizing binaries" step. i opened the default trace file and

found this strange log msg:

#2.0 #2011 11 23 17:07:03:128#0-500#Error#/System/Server#

A temporary license key for this product already exists. You can't install another temporary license key for "J2EE-Engine_MSS".#

this is the log msg i found in dev_jstart log:

Thr 2480 Thu Nov 24 15:52:17 2011

F Thr 2480 *** LOG => Signal 13 SIGCHLD.

F Thr 952 *** LOG => Process collector stopped (pid 276).

.

I think this is because of the license key i installed. Please can someone help me!! Appreciate your help!!
