Delivery getting created, even though there is no stock

Hello Al,

I'm facing a issue, the user has created a sales order for part xxxx, even though the stock is not available, the system is allowing to create the delivery.The system only gives error while creating the transfer order, that the stock is not available.

I have checked MMBE & MD04, it shows zero stock is available. Also checked MRP type in the material master, it is PD-MRP

Would appreciate if any one can tell me the possible things I need to check.
