Delivery getting created, even though there is no stock

Hello Al,

I'm facing a issue, the user has created a sales order for part xxxx, even though the stock is not available, the system is allowing to create the delivery.The system only gives error while creating the transfer order, that the stock is not available.

I have checked MMBE & MD04, it shows zero stock is available. Also checked MRP type in the material master, it is PD-MRP

Would appreciate if any one can tell me the possible things I need to check.

Go to zeroVLP, select your delivery item category and execute. There maintain B for "Check quantity 0"

I have checked in 0VLP Check quantity 0, it is already B-Situation rejected with an error message

Hi Sumit,

Are you sure that into your delivery item (ovlp), ATP is being considered?

"Availckoff" must be blank..

Hallo,

You could check the delivery categori item, there are the controls of quantity with the actions that the system have to do.

you could check the copy control of the delivery, check the routines.

Check in OMJ1 if you have allowed negative stock.
